| PHN | For IRAS data only, a file giving a measure of the relative noise
across an image. |
| CFV | For IRAS data only, a file showing the correction factor variance.
High values of this quantity can indicate poor noisy data, saturated
regions, or unresolved sources. |
| FLAGS | For CO data only, a flag file. Non-zero flag values indicate image
pixels with caveats. |
| IMAGE | A file containing the image data. |
| BEAMS | A file containing a grid of selected beam maps illustrating the
variation in beam shape across the image. |
| RESCB | A file containing five planes of information illustrating the
variation in beam profile across the image. |
| WGHT | A file containing a weight map which gives a measure of the relative
noise across an image. |
